BBC’s Bootcamp program runs in 9-week sessions starting and finishing at pre-determined times (see our program Schedule for class times).  Each 9-week session has 16 one-hour classes (2 per week) that consist of a 5-minute warm up, a 45-50 minute workout and a 5 minute cool-down.  No class is ever alike, and each class is guaranteed to give you a full body workout by combining cardiovascular and resistance training in the form of:
