Dan Edmunds C.S.C.S is a personal trainer in Burlington ON.
I have been personal training in Burlington, Oakville and Milton Ontario for 15 years. I have a degree from McMaster University and the professional designation of CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in the United States. I went to Pearson High School in Burlington and volunteered my time coaching the senior football team for 2 years. I am also the goalie coach for the U13 AAA Eagles hockey club and formerly the coach for the Oakville Rangers Hockey Club. I played hockey, basketball, tennis and football; however, playing these sports I suffered numerous knee injuries, which ended my athletic career. This prompted my desire to help people condition their bodies for life’s tasks and live healthy, pain-free lives.
I have trained members of the University of Western football team as well as the track team, University of Calgary basketball team, Edge and Burlington Blaze lacrosse, The Hill Hockey team, University of Dalhousie track, Men’s Canadian rugby, U18 Canadian Women’s hockey athletes as well as numerous amateur golfers and city rep hockey athletes along with my coaching duties for the Rangers and Eagles hockey
