In Home Personal Training and Online Personal Trainer
At Home Fitness Training offers in home personal training as well as online virtual personal training and all services to Burlington, Oakville, and Milton, Ontario. An in home personal trainer can come to your home, office, or gym or the great outdoors! Due to COVID-19 we are now offering virtual online personal training sessions! We also offer training plans to do on your own, fitness nutrition, strength and conditioning training and sports training. No matter what shape you are in we can help! We have dealt with almost any injury you can think of and we can design a program that best suits you. We work with you 1 on 1 or in groups to help you work through a personalized fitness plan as well as coach you on healthy lifestyle choices.
Fitness Programs
At Home Fitness Training can help in designing a fitness plan to acheive what ever goal you are looking to meet. A personal training program will contain; step by step cardiovascular training, weight training program as well as healthy eating tips and personal nutrition plan. You will receive a fitness package containing diagrams and explanations of all the fitness exercises designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Sports Specific Training
At Home Fitness Training offers advanced fitness training for whatever sport you are looking to get ready for. We have worked with members of U18 Canadian Rugby, Western Football, University of Calgary Basketball, University of Dalhousie Track and U18 Canadian Women’s Hockey athletes as well as numerous amateur golfers and city rep hockey athletes.
